Donald served us himself as the waiters delivered our food! The decor and dishes were exquisite!! We also dined at Milo's where the tomatoes are shipped directly/promptly from Mexico and California, and the seafood is so fresh, it is packed in ice on display - the lobsters were still moving! We observed a stunning nearby table presentation of a chef opening and de-boning a salt-crusted whole fish to the oo's and ah's of many around! As our dishes arrived, the waiters schooled us on how to de-construct 'Milo's Special' and dig in! We dined at two more fabulous restaurants, one of which is also a bean-to-bar, chocolate shop and restaurant where the only ingredients in the dark chocolate are cacao and organic palm sugar, leaving the flavor to be determined by the cacao bean's country of origin!! We observed the entire process from bagged cacao beans on-site, through roasting, sifting, grinding, aging, and molding. Our course at Javier's was served at the very table used by Leonardo Di Caprio and Antonia Banderas barely 2 weeks prior, in a private room requiring a minimum of $4,000.

That being said, there was NOTHING on our tour that we didn't love!! As mentioned, these are upper-echelon restaurants serving the finest dishes to the must-be-seen but rare-to-find movie stars and famous others.

These servings are ample enough to ensure that you are much too full at the end of the tour to finish everything, or need to eat again for many hours!! Since there is a variety of dishes provided, you will still get plenty to eat even if you have an aversion to a particular food. Donald Contusi started this company barely a year ago, and has already worked his way into some of the most exquisite, sought-after restaurants on the strip! As patrons line up hoping for a nearly-impossible seating, expect to be whisked in to the best table in the house, with the full attention of the waitstaff who serve you a fair-sized sampling of several dishes within each location. For a small to moderate price (depending upon tour choice) you will walk away full and have tasted cuisine from some of The Strips most sought-after, awarded chefs. Some are places you might not even know exist, let alone be able to reserve. This is a rare opportunity and an utterly-fantastic way to enjoy fabulous dishes at absolutely divine restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, that you would not be able to do on your own in a single vacation.
